10:30 AM- 12:30 PM AEST
So, you want to be an agent of social change? It takes more than just enthusiasm and good intentions. You must also consider the consequences of your ‘good work’ for the individuals and communities that you seek to serve.
This session is for anyone who is considering trading for social, cultural, economic or environmental mission using a particular business model, called social enterprise. Social Enterprise is a powerful business asset class that is able to generate social outcomes than cannot be accomplished by either traditional business models or philanthropy alone.
This goal of this session is to help people explore whether social entrepreneurship is for them and to understand what support is available.
A light morning tea will be provided.
